Tech Diversity Ltd is committed to delivering your products safely and on time. This Delivery Policy outlines our shipping procedures, timeframes, and responsibilities.
Delivery Timeframe
- We'll deliver the product within 2–3 working days for in-stock items within Dhaka city
- Outside Dhaka deliveries may take 3–5 working days
- Pre-order products will be delivered according to the estimated arrival date communicated at the time of purchase
Delivery Coverage
- We will only deliver products ordered through the site to location(s) where we provide delivery services
- You may obtain further information on the site about our delivery timeframes and how we deliver your products
- We deliver products all over Bangladesh through our trusted logistics partners
Delivery Location
- We will deliver the products to the front door at the relevant delivery address
- If you ask us to deliver inside a premise or building at the delivery address and we agree to do so, then you are responsible for all loss or damage suffered by us in connection with our delivery of the products beyond the front door of the delivery address
Delivery Requirements
- You agree to comply with certain delivery requirements specified below and such other requirements that we notify to you when you place your order through the site
- If you are not the person collecting your order then your representative must provide us with proof of their identity
- You acknowledge that we may record the details of any identification provided in relation to collection of products

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can also track your order status on our Track Order page.
Failed Deliveries
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, a re-delivery charge may apply
- After 3 failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse and a refund may be issued minus shipping costs
Damaged or Missing Items
If your delivery arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
