Refund and Returns Policy

At Tech Diversity, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure fair handling of all product-related concerns. The following terms outline our policies regarding damaged products, replacements, warranty eligibility, and pre-order conditions.

Damaged Product at Delivery

If a product is found to be damaged at the time of delivery or handover:

  • Customers are eligible for either a full refund or a replacement with a new product
  • The resolution will be completed within 7–10 working days

Customer-Caused Damage

If the product is damaged after delivery due to customer handling:

  • The product will not be eligible for warranty or replacement
  • Any repair or service will be considered out of warranty

Unauthorized Modification

If the product is altered, modified, or tampered with in any way:

  • The warranty claim will be void immediately
  • No replacement or repair support will be provided under warranty

Replacement Warranty (Within 7–10 Days)

If a product develops issues within 7–10 working days of purchase:

  • Customers will receive a replacement warranty
  • Our team will first attempt to diagnose and resolve the issue
  • If the issue cannot be fixed, the product will be replaced with a new unit

Issue Reporting Timeline

  • Customers must report any product issues within the specified 7–10 working day period
  • Late claims may not be eligible for replacement

Pre-Order Policy (Customer Delay)

For pre-order products:

  • If a customer fails to receive or collect the product within 60 days, the issue will be resolved through mutual discussion
  • We always aim to provide the best possible solution while prioritizing customer satisfaction

Pre-Order Policy (Company Delay)

If Tech Diversity is unable to deliver a pre-order product within 60 days:

  • The customer will be eligible for a full refund

Resolution Priority

All customer concerns are handled with high priority, ensuring quick and fair resolutions.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed through the original payment method:

  • Bank transfers: 5–7 working days
  • Mobile banking (bKash/Nagad): 3–5 working days
  • Card payments: 7–10 working days (subject to bank processing)
